In relation to Terracom Ltd, Orion Mining Pty Ltd and any of its directors or executives:

1. Documents evidencing correspondence, discussions or meetings to discuss, apply or negotiate a deferral of coal royalties due to the State. Documents to be captured include: emails, letters, facsimiles, diary records of meetings, minutes of meetings. This application should be across Treasury.

2. Documents evidencing correspondence, discussions or meetings about the failure to pay coal royalties due to the State located in the Office of State Revenue, including emails, letters, facsimiles; diary records of meetings, minutes of meetings, agendas of meetings, notes taken in workbooks, investigation reports or assessment reports.
