With support from the Queensland Government, Neogen Australasia relocated and expanded into a new $11 million state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility in Bundamba.
More than doubling its previous capacity, Neogen can now perform up to 1 million scientific tests a year with its high-end genomic analysis tools and robotic processing.
The project has enabled Neogen to consolidate its other agribusiness operations in food and animal safety products and services and with on-site warehousing, distribution and technical support, the company is well-positioned for future growth.
Neogen Australasia currently employs more than 60 staff with many more jobs to be created over the next five years to meet the demands and expectations of Australia’s livestock producers and food processing companies.
